Le logement est très bien placé, le métro est juste en bas, les plages sont à 10 min et le quartier est safe. Ascenseur dans la copro, et tout était super propre. Les points à améliorer : isolation phonique, il y a eu des fêtes juste à côté, c est vraiment dur. Oreillers pas top top, ça dépend de chacun Manque un sèche cheveux.
