General Rules

1 - CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Our check-in time is from 3 PM and check-out is until 11 AM. If needed, check our early check-in and late check-out package right after your reservation or check availability up to 24 hours in advance.

When you first enter the apartment, make sure everything is okay. If something is missing, malfunctioning, or not as expected, contact us immediately.

2 - OCCUPANCY AND VISITORS

Your friends are very welcome.

Our apartments accommodate up to a certain number of guests, and you can receive visitors as long as they are previously informed to our central office. Minors under 18 years old are only allowed if accompanied by their guardians or with written authorization.

Always remember to bring a photo ID, without it, entry is not allowed.

3 - SILENCE

Fortunately, we are not alone in the world, right? So avoid excessive noise and loud music, especially after 10 PM. Peace and silence are essential for the harmony and well-being of everyone.

Our apartments are in residential condominiums, and parties are not allowed.

4 - PETS

Your pet is always very welcome. Just be careful not to damage furniture or linens, avoiding extra charges.

The city is beautiful for you to take your pet for a walk, just don't embarrass your little friend, always pick up the waste and dispose of it in the correct place.

5 - PACKAGES AND DELIVERY

Your purchases will always be at the reception of the condominium where you are staying, upon delivery notification.

During the day, when your food delivery arrives, in buildings with 24-hour doormen, they will call you to inform you of the arrival.

But be aware! Many condominiums require guests to go to the front desk and pick up their order directly from the delivery person.

6 - SMOKERS

For the well-being of everyone, smoking is not allowed in the apartments or indoor areas. Enjoy your cigarette in the outdoor areas and take advantage of the fresh air.

7 - WINDOWS

Speaking of mess, never hang towels, clothes, or anything on the windows, never leave objects nearby that could fall, and never, ever throw anything out the window. The world appreciates your kindness.

Note: When you leave, close the windows. Rio has a tropical climate, and occasional rains happen quite frequently without warning.
